Vivid Enamel -Tintable *High Gloss* Multi-Surface Medium designed to tint with Primary Elements Arte Pigments.
Vivid Enamel is produced with 100% Acrylic Polymer Dispersion.
Minimum drying temperature 49F/ 9 C. Directions: Shake or stir prior to use. For best adhesion apply to clean, non-oily surfaces. Clean-up with Soap & Water.
Mixing:
Bling It Micas: pre-moisten with equal parts Arte Fluid Mixing Medium -Step 2: slowly add 1/3 portion at a time, mixing in between, until smooth heavy body consistency is achieved.
Primary Elements Arte Pigments- mix a paste with equal parts Arte Fluid Mixing medium. Step 2: slowly add 1/3 portion at a time, mixing in between, until smooth heavy body consistency is achieved.
To modify to a more fluid consistency: Mix in a little Vivid, “Arte Fluid” Mixing Medium, add a few drops of water if more juicy consistency is desired.
For Slower drying time, use a paint retardant.
