The Glitz is a new Primary Elements semi opaque color category.
Our original Primary Elements are based on semi-translucent/translucent color families. When layered on top of each other, you see color-thru color. Our original Primary Elements dry paint pigment collection are semi-translucent/translucent color families. When layering colors on top of each other, you see color shifting-thru color. Mix with Vivid Enamel or PolyPour our enamel varnish blend for your favorite paint projects/
For those of us doing fluid art many times, we are layering colors on the top of a WET WHITE paint base. The translucency of the PE when tilted and stretched creates a glazing effect on the edges of your artwork.

Laguna Azul – Intense Teal blue-green
Palazzo- Light Mediterranean blue
Butter Toffee- Dazzling Golden Yellow
Venetian Red- Deep red with a glint of merlot wine
Georgia Peach- warm rosy peach color
Bells of Ireland- Bright new spring green
Malachite- Deep Mineral Green
Apple Rose-red violet
Bellagio Blue- Deep Blue-violet
Marigold- Bright yellow-orange
Blissful Bordeaux- Rose-colored wine
Crushed Velvet- Deep Violet
Directions: Create brilliant iridescent paint Mix: 1 oz PolyPour ( Bloom base) 1/4 tsp PE “Primary Elements Arte Pigments” May also be used for brush painting
The best adhesion is a clean dry non-oily surface. Clean Up Soap and Water. Store in a cool dry place.
